Before booking, please read all of the following rules and important information. By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to them.
Check-in: from 2:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
As the bath is visible from the sea and beach, swimwear must be worn.
This property is a private vacation rental, not a hotel with a front desk or concierge. Although we take every care to maintain the facilities, we may not be able to attend immediately to an unexpected equipment problem. In some cases, we may explain the necessary steps by telephone and ask you to handle them yourself. Please understand that refunds cannot be provided for sudden equipment failures.
Visitors who are not staying overnight may enter as daytime guests from check-in until 8:00 p.m. A facility-use fee of ¥5,500 per person applies. Please request this by replying to your booking confirmation email. Payment is cash only on the day.
A charge of ¥50,000 per person applies if a daytime guest remains after 8:00 p.m. Overnight capacity is fixed under Japan’s Hotel Business Act, so daytime guests may not stay overnight.
Up to four preschool-age children may stay. The first two stay free; from the third child, an additional ¥5,500 is charged for bed-sharing (maximum total occupancy: six).
Up to two small dogs are welcome. The fee is ¥6,600 per dog, per night, including tax. Please bring your dog’s food.
Meals are not included. Private chefs, delivery from nearby restaurants, and local dining options are available; details will be provided after booking.
The kitchen has a single induction cooktop and a set of cooking utensils. You are welcome to use it. Please wash used tableware and cookware and leave them beside the kitchen; our staff will wash them again before returning them to the shelves.
A grill can be rented through our designated self-service BBQ option.
We ask all guests to treat this home and its surroundings with dignity and respect. The following are strictly prohibited:
The Hayama Imperial Villa is nearby, and security is taken very seriously in this area. This property is on a designated police patrol route, and we respond strictly to crime and noise. This also helps us provide a safe, comfortable stay for considerate guests. Thank you for your understanding.
